INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup pecans*, toasted
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
2 T grass fed butter or ghee for dairy free
1/4 cup golden monkfruit
1/4 teaspoon Reishi (optional)
Pinch of pink salt
Toast pecans in skillet or toaster oven until fragrant and crispy. Watch carefully as they can burn quickly.
Add all ingredients to food processor and blend till it reaches your desired texture.
Pack dough firmly into round balls and freeze.
I always recommend soaking the pecans for 6 hours in purified water. Do not sprout. Place in dehydrator, following your machines directions. Store in freezer till ready to use.
