Gluten Free Dairy Free Keto Paleo Low Carb
This dressing is so versatile and will certainly pair well with all the veggies coming our way with spring in the air.
Use it on salads, cooked vegetables, or drizzle over a sandwich, and goes great with chicken.
The ingredients are designed with hormone balancing, skin clearing, health boosting benefits in mind.
Mix up the oils however you desire. You can use all of one kind or even all 3 kinds (I did!), in any amount that tallies up to 2/3 of a cup.
Ingredients
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup avocado oil or hemp oil
3 cloves of garlic, smashed
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp tahini
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp pink salt
Combine all ingredients in food processor and process till garlic is in smallish pieces but not fully incorporated.
Alternatively mince garlic and simply mix ingredients together. Let sit while preparing rest of dish to allow the ingredient's flavor to fully integrate into the oils.
