White Chocolate Raspberry Fat Bombs

Gluten Free Dairy Free Sugar Free Keto Low Carb Whole 30 Grain Free


These delish little mini bites takes just 4 ingredients! They come together so quickly, and then just pop them in the freezer till they harden. The cacao butter is a rich decadent pressed oil from the cacao bean. As you melt it, it will fill your kitchen with the most delicious smell. Keep it over low heat to preserve the nutrients.


Makes 18 1 inch bites

10 minutes prep time

Freeze 2 - 3 hours or overnight


INGREDIENTS

1 cup organic raw macadamia nuts

1/4 cup cacao butter, melted

1/4 cup monk fruit

1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen*


*If using frozen raspberries, remove from freezer to soften before starting

Put macadamia nuts in food processor and blend until smooth. Should take a few minutes. Add melted cacao butter and monk fruit. Blend together till fully integrated. Stop and scrape down sides as needed. Either stir in or pulse in raspberries until just blended. In order to keep the marbled effect, pulse only until just blended.

Put into silicone molds or ice cube trays and freeze till hardened. Keep in fridge or freezer.
